I am a senior Salesforce Administrator and Consultant with 8+ years of hands-on platform experience, including 7 years at Salesforce as a Technical Support Engineer working directly with enterprise customers. I founded Eryas Solutions LLC to bring that depth of expertise directly to small and mid-size businesses who deserve senior-level Salesforce support without the overhead of a large consultancy.
