Salesforce Administration for Small and Mid-Size Businesses

Hi, I'm Rebecca Sayre. I spent 7 years at Salesforce as a Technical Support Engineer, working directly inside enterprise customer orgs across all industries. I diagnosed complex integration issues, coordinated with R&D, and served as a Subject Matter Expert for some of the platform's most technical configurations. After that, I moved to the other side of the equation, owning releases, security, and user access for a live production org, with every change tested through a structured pipeline before it ever reached users. That experience shaped how I approach every org I work in now, nothing goes live untested, no matter how small the change. That combination of platform-level expertise and hands-on org ownership is what I built Eryas Solutions on, bringing that depth directly to small and mid-size businesses who deserve senior-level Salesforce expertise without the overhead of a large consultancy.

How I Can Help

Focused Salesforce Services

A focused set of services built around the Salesforce challenges small and mid-size businesses face most often. Every engagement is handled directly by me — no subcontractors, no junior handoffs.

Salesforce User Lifecycle Management

Every time someone joins your team, changes roles, or leaves, your Salesforce org needs to reflect it, correctly and promptly. Profiles, permission sets, roles, license assignments, queue memberships, and access controls all need to stay accurate or your data and security are at risk. I handle all of it. Whether you need ongoing user management as a monthly retainer or help cleaning up access that has gotten out of hand, I make sure the right people have the right access, nothing more, nothing less. This service works best for small and mid-size businesses that don't have a dedicated Salesforce admin or need reliable overflow support.

Salesforce Documentation

Most Salesforce orgs run on tribal knowledge, and that is a risk. When the one person who knows how everything works leaves, or a new admin takes over, or something breaks and no one can explain why it was built that way, the cost becomes very real. I create clear, maintainable documentation of your org's configuration, customizations, automations, and processes. That includes admin runbooks, process documentation, data dictionaries, and user onboarding guides, written for the people who actually need to use them, not just filed away. Because documentation has to reflect your actual setup, every engagement starts with a discovery session to make sure what I write is accurate and specific to your org, not a generic template. This service is a good fit for any organization whose Salesforce knowledge lives in one person's head, is onboarding a new admin, or has never had their configuration formally documented.

Salesforce Reporting & Custom Report Types

Your Salesforce data is only useful if you can see it clearly. Most reporting problems aren't about the reports themselves. They're about missing infrastructure. Standard report types don't always give you access to the fields and relationships you need, which means the data exists in your org but you can't get to it. I build Custom Report Types that unlock that data, then build the reports and dashboards on top of them that surface what actually matters to your team. Whether you need a sales pipeline view, a support queue overview, or something specific to your business, I build reporting that answers real questions rather than just displaying data. Custom Report Types are a specialized skill that many admins aren't comfortable with. If your team has been struggling to get the reports they need out of Salesforce, this is likely why. Every engagement starts with a discovery conversation to understand what your team actually needs to see and what decisions that reporting needs to support, so what I build is useful from day one. This service is a good fit for teams who know the data is in Salesforce but can't get to it, or who have been making decisions based on incomplete or inaccurate reports.

Salesforce Org Audits

If you're not sure what's going on inside your Salesforce org, you're not alone. Most orgs accumulate years of configuration decisions, workarounds, and technical debt that nobody fully documented. An audit gives you a clear picture of where things stand and a prioritized plan for what to address first. I conduct a structured review across six areas: security and access, user management, automation health, data quality, org health, and governance. You get a written report with findings rated by severity and a prioritized action plan, not just a list of problems, but a roadmap for addressing them. Data quality gets particular attention. Duplicate records, missing fields, inconsistent data entry, and records owned by inactive users all affect your reporting accuracy and, increasingly, your AI tools. If you're considering Agentforce or any other AI feature, clean data isn't optional: it's the foundation everything else is built on. This service is a good fit for any organization that has never had a formal Salesforce review, is onboarding a new admin, or wants an independent assessment of their current setup.
